Processing Time

  • All items are custom-made, and processing times vary by product.
  • Generally, smaller items will ship within 7 days, while larger items may take 1-2 weeks.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • We use UPS for shipping, and tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • Typically, shipping takes 2-5 business days in Canada and 2-7 to USA once the item has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

  • Currently we primarily ship to North America, For international shipping please reachout for custom quotes. 
  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • Our store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
  • With PO Boxes we may not provide tracking. 

Damages

  • GreatestWoodman is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
